Logistics & Setup

Our standard hire package covers the full duration of
your event on the scheduled day. Our team will arrive to collect the items after the event
concludes, typically no later than 11:00 PM.

Because every Opulent Touch design is
bespoke, installation times vary depending on the complexity of the arrangement. We
are dedicated to perfection and ensure enough time is allocated to achieve our high
standards.

● Venue Coordination: If your event is at a managed venue, we will coordinate
directly with their team to adhere to specific access and setup guidelines.
● Timeframe: Your dedicated specialist will advise you on the specific installation
time required during your initial consultation.

Our standard rates include travel within a 15-mile radius of
Nelson, Lancashire. For locations outside this area, a travel surcharge is calculated
based on distance and location. Your specialist will provide a clear quote regarding
travel fees prior to booking.

Bookings & Deposits

Your date is officially secured once we have received the
agreed-upon deposit. Please be aware that until this deposit is received, dates remain
open to other inquiries.

No. The deposit is simply a percentage of the total
quoted price to secure your booking. This amount is fully deducted from your final
balance.

All deposits are
non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, we close that date to other potential
clients to guarantee your exclusivity. Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds on
deposits should you choose to cancel.

Payments & Notice Periods

The outstanding balance must be cleared no later
than the day of the event, prior to setup commencing.


● Payment Methods: We accept secure bank transfers or cash on arrival.
● Policy: Please note that if payment is not received before the scheduled start
time, and no alternative arrangements have been made in writing, we will be
unable to proceed with the installation.

To ensure the highest quality of service
and sourcing of materials, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible. Our
minimum standard requirement is one week prior to the event date.

We understand that last-minute events
happen. We can accept bookings with less than one week’s notice; however, these are
subject to a £50 expedited service fee in addition to the standard setup price to cover
rapid sourcing and logistics.
